Yes. Residents are required to maintain liability insurance throughout their lease term. As a convenience, liability and personal contents coverage can be included in your monthly lease charges with our partnership with Beagle Insurance. You may also verify your proof of coverage with another insurance provider. The policy must include at least $100,000 in liability coverage and list the following entity as an interested party: FLATZ 830 LP.

Renewal options may include a shorter lease term or month-to-month arrangements, depending on availability. Shorter terms and month-to-month typically carry a premium.
